Hi Srikanth,
Primarily it is setup to address issues of visually impaired people in Orissa
(Odisha) with a greater understanding of the economy, government, culture,
attitude, services available etc. in the state. Also it enables a large
population of the state to interact with us in their preferred language.
Its a regional branch of the Eyeway helpdesk functioning from Delhi.

thanks,

Pranay Gadodia | Programme Manager
