Hi all, Just thought of sharing this. Suggeda, a visually challenged girl from Vilupuram district Tamilnadu has cleared UPSC this year and her interview has been published in a Tamil daily news paper called Dinamalar. It does not tell us her ranking though, but she seems to have cleared the exam in her first attempt itself.
