Subject: Re: [AI] Identification of Jobs
Chandrapriya, I am little surprised as to why does AP Judiciary think that
the VI are not fit for the posts of Magistrates! The identification list
clearly identifies it for VI and several states have reserved the seats too!
Delhi high court has reserved seats for the blind in the past too.
This needs to be questioned and if there is an attempt on the part of Govt
to exclude VH from it, it must be strongly objected and fought.

dear kanchan,
The post of magistrate is not identified and there is no reservation created
for the VI. The High court of Andra Pradesh as given one percent for OH in
the recent notification last month. Inspite of me giving several
representations the application of the VI is rejected on the ground of Sec
12 clause 3 (a) of judicial services code.
Thanking you
With regards
Chandra supriya B.A,L.L.M aGP High Court of Andra pradesh.
