Hi, I had paid for the license on the 9th of March and received my license on the 17th of March. I know a few other people also who have received their licenses. So, have patients, I think they are overloaded with the requests. And as for the people who have ordered the handsets, it will surely take some more time as it will be coming through courier. If you need any information, I think it will be better to call and talk to them on the number provided by them which is 011-424-11015.
