I would not suggest u to update the software, cause my friend updated the same, and the phone's volume got affected. This could affect ur talks volume as well. I have seen, that all the new c5 phones r coming with the latest firmware, which certainly reduced the volume or audio, u can call it as u want. I've experienced the same with one of my friends, who got c5 from saksham.
