Well, firstly the choice is that of individual.
Till 2010, I was a user of Talks, but when I saw the progressive development of mobile speak in 2010, when it came with version 4.6, first screen reader to announce touch screen support, and then ovi maps, I shifted to mobile speak. And interestingly, now codefactory has also come with mobile accessibility for android in which nuance is partner for providing its excellent voices. For some, Talks is an advantage due to eloquence. For some, mobile speak is not at all a problem, and they are happy with the development which mobile speak is doing in its spheres. If Saksham's offer of 1800 is still valid, then again it could be one positive point. If not, then pricing of both can be checked, and right decision can be made thereafter. In terms of mobile speak, you can write directly to codefactory, whereas in terms of talks, you have access to distributor support and talks mailing list. The latest talks and mobile speak both support touch screen devices, ovi maps, and symbian 3 phones.
Compare the features of both, and decide as per your requirement.
The accessibility should be checked from the applications point of view.
Thanks to Saksham, for making available the guide of Talks, whereas in the case of mobile speak, its up their on the codefactory's site. A suggestion to all the users, do not quote pricing on mailing list unless directly quoted by the distributors, it create problems for distributors internationally. For pricing, directly contact the distributors.

Amar Jain.
