its not a circular, but there is a UGC letter providing for computer use in ugc and university examinations. Plus, there are CBSE circulars available on the same website about scribes facility, alternate question etc. Here, i’d like to humbly request each one of you to please share if there’s any circular you’re having and if its not already available on the website.
