Hi Pranay, I presume you have Windows 7 installed on your machine?
I recently purchased a Dell XPS 15 machine with Windows 7. I am able to disable/enable the touchpad by pressing the key located right next to the function key 12 (F12) key. This is a toggle option, and Jaws announces whether the touchpad is enabled or disabled every time you press the key. Not sure whether this will work for you, but worth a try.
