I am Shivakumar, working as Specialist - Training & Solutions (independent consultant) for visually impaired. I am providing computer training and work place solutions for persons with vision impairment. Working closely with EnAble India, Bangalore. I am a low vision person, using computer with Screen reader and screen magnification software. I am in this field for past 7 years. Having experience in using different screen readers and magnifiers across different version of windows OS versions. My experience with Screen readers and computer system administration and troubleshooting have helped me in providing solutions for various technical challenges faced by persons with vision impairment. Basically from Calicut, Kerala. Working location Bangalore. Can communicate in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil. Very much interested in learning new things in science and technology. Reading preference is detective novels(very much influenced by Sherlock Holmes). Also interested in travelling.
