sorry for writing my opinion. i think this is too short notice. even impossible to come with tatkal quota ticket if meant also for out station candidate. without commenting on anyone's mail to inform the list and in general, i have noticed that such kind of mails informing the venu of such a wonderful program comes with too much short notice. at the last, but not the list, thanks for sharing such a informative news. at list many people in the vi community can be benifited. in this regard, i do sincerely request the list members if possible, spread the such news few days in advance so that such golden chance can not be missed.
