Hy mam
when you install jaws
then don't forget to check the checkbox that says that run jaws from system tray
you can find it under basic settings of jaws
by default it is unchecked
try to do it and let me know about the problam
if the problam still doesn't solve
then you will have to replace your copy of jaws
