May be, The Video Intercept file of JAWS has not been installed.
First, install Video graphics in your PC.
Then install JAWS again
if it doesn't work

It seems your JAWS need to be repaired.
first repair it
or else,
uninstall previous JAWS completely
and try to reinstall another version or same version can also work.

these days i am facing strange problem i install jaws 11 in my office pc
but every time i log out then login again jaws says tht no windows is
