Job Title – Customer Care Executive Number of posts - 10 Classification – Voice process Job Type - Full-time Location – NOIDA Requirements – Age / Residence Full Time : Minimum 20 Years( currently 18 yrs) of Age and Max of 30 Years Part Time: Minimum 20 Years ( currently 18 yrs) of Age and Max of 30 Years Should be an Indian National / Candidates with valid work permit can also Apply. (Imperative for both Full Time & Part Time) Education Criteria Under Graduates / Graduates & Post Graduates In case a candidate is Under Graduate, the applicant should be a Minimum 12th Pass. We don’t hire candidates who are perusing or have completed LLB. Fresher's can apply. Stability Open to work in Night / Rotational shift. Open to work on Saturday & Sundays. Will not require any leaves for coming 90 days. Communication skills : Check for the candidates ability to meet the following criteria in Hindi :- Pronunciation and clarity of Speech : will check for MTI / LISP. ( Vernacular Sounds Sh / S, Jh / Z errors will be checked), will check if the candidates are not using too many fillers. Thought Process & Comprehension :will check if the candidate is focused towards the objective of the question asked, does not digress from the topic of discussion, corrects errors when checked (as a reaction), paraphrases and also check for if the candidate responds to questions asked. Seeks clarification if and when required. Grammar- Will be checking for the following errors during a conversation- Subject verb Agreement, Prepositions, Articles Tenses/Person; Dual Language – Listening Comprehension: Will check if the candidate correctly to questions asked. Seeks Clarification if required. Computer knowledge Should have basic knowledge of operating a desktop.
