CBSE has done a little modification in their notification regarding providing 
scribe to blind candidates appearing for CTET examination this Sunday the 26th 
June.
The notification now says that an individual can produce their disability 
certificate as confirmation of their impairment while making a written request 
for scribe a day before.

NOTIFICATION 
The Board has made special arrangements to provide amanuensis and has  allotted 
thirty minutes (30 minutes) additional time to the visually impaired  
candidates in appropriate cases. Such candidates have to make request in  
writing to the concerned Centre Superintendent one day before the  Examination 
between 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and produce a disability  certificate as 
confirmation of their impairment and need of a scribe or  produce a certificate 
that candidate is unable to write the examination as  certified by a Medical 
Officer of the rank not lower than Asstt. Surgeon.
