I was able to download this TTS. I will have to say that performance wise it is very good indeed and the speech quality is also better when compared to eSpeak. One very interesting feature of this TTS is that while typing English or Hindi the characters are echoed in a very clear probably recorded voice. I was abel to read and understand a Hindi document clearly. At just 5 MB it works very fast, the speech does not lag behind the keystrokes.
For downloading the site is verifying both mobile number and email.
