From BSNL circulars I came to know that visually impaired person can
avail 50% rebate on monthly rent and 20% concession in broadband
usage. But I have the following doubts in this regard.
What is the minimum disability percentage required for availing this
privilege (can low vision persons avail this facility). If so, what
are the necessary procedures to be taken and from where can we get the
application form and where we have to submit the application?
