I too have applied for lisences for talks and got them on 19th of this
Month along with a confirmation call from Saksham. I heard that there
is a huge resh for the offer. They have been delevering lisences to
those whose payments were confirmed. Hence it would be better if you
could confirm your payment through mail or phone. Will you please
inform, how much time the offer shall remain ?

As these lisences are made on IMEI number and should be come right away
