ekinath jee, as you said, my research is two fold 1. finding out how far the enrollment of visually challenged students has increased at each level. especially, at the first std everywhere. 2. how far these special schools provide qualitative education for bringing up a responsible and worthy citizens to derive at this objective, i have several questions in this regard, i couldnt get sufficient details and its more delaying and stagnating if you have some details, please inform me
