Janki, Java is a programming language (not an application) and since JAWS scripts are written for an application (not for programming language) thus no JAWS scripts are available for this.
You should mention the name of the application which you are using. If the application is java based then you need to install Java Access Bridge which is must to make any java based application accessible with JAWS or any other screen reader.
