Hi, I also face same problem frequently, though I still don't know how to read those messages, but I think there is no such command to read those notifications, even jaws curser doesn't work upon it. Later if you want to check use insert f 11 for system tray icons or use shift tab on desktop and press space on notifications and then use down arrow to navigate. Any other problem revert back.
