Hello, Some days back I got an offer from IndiaGames, a private service working with BSNL. It's actually a site for online games. the web address is http://bsnl1.indiagames.com/
The representative told me that I can listen to music and watch video also. However, there is nothing like this. I never used it as the games are not accessible. there is no question of song of movie. I unsubscribed it online several times. I called them over phone. Still they are deducting Rs.218 every month. Since I have ECS arrangement with BSNL. the amount is being deducted automatically. I have a pdf copy of the web page where my unsubscribing was confirmed. I want to lodge a complain against the company so that my last two months' payment is refunded. Please suggest what I should do.
