Download software from the internet called WinZip, because this software will give you the best way of extracting the compressed files.... I am telling you to using this software to avoid the errors of "message diagnostics and the message that either the format is unknown or corrupted file". Because the WinRar software considered the some of the format as un-recognizable and dew to that it is showing this kind of errors. Cheers!
