Kanchan, For the moment it is ok for NGOs to make these papers available in Braille or E-text. In the ultimate situation, it should be the responsibility of the Boards to make things available in accessible formats. Only then will inclusion enter the DNA of these Boards. The responsibility of including Blind students should entirely be with the Boards and the schools. In the long run the NGO support to schools for inclusion should be faced out.
