Is the configuration of mac book as same as other laptops? is the keyboard
lay out more or less the same? any difference?
What is the approximate cost of Mac book?

The original software is way too expensive.
If you are willing to spend that much money, then my suggestion would
be to purchase a MacBook, which is another name for an Apple laptop.
It comes with a screen reader called VoiceOver.
VoiceOver is as efficient and reliable as JAWS.
In fact, some people also feel that VoiceOver is far more efficient than
JAWS.
The best part is that VoiceOver comes with the machine itself, so you
don't need to pay anything more for acquiring it.
