hi, you can install in anyone of them. phone memory is preferred to have quick performance and if even memory card is removed from phone for updation we would be having talks functionality. some times when we access phone in mass storage mode even after proper disconnection on C5-00, memory card is not accessible till we access it manually in few phones specially with latest firmware. in such cases we would loose talks functionality. to prevent such access loss with talks or with other applications it is preferred to install it in internal memory.
