Dear Friend,

If you are telling about JAWS and Kurzweil there is no difference.
If you are telling between windows xp and windows 7 there is some
difference like the start menu and the open dialog box while attaching
a file or folder.
JAWS and Kurzweil accessability is the same in windows xp and windows 7.
