Dear friend I do not know in which city you are staying but in my case
I had been in Bangalore, Mumbai and now presently I am in Delhi i have
noticed if we hold cane in our hand anybody who is new to us come
forward and ask "which bus you want, do you want to cross road" many
of them I have seen they themself come forward to help V I persons
otherwise we ourself should ask anyone standing near the bus stop to
help us for bus numbers or crossing road. About laptop there are very
good laptop bags available in market by which you can carry laptop
without getting wet or any damaging. Our Mumbai and Bangalore friends
can answer very well because in these cities it rains very heavily.
