Hi friends, There is a screen reader for android phones called Mobile Accessibility. This app also allows the user to read the web pages on the android phone. However, this app is very expensive as compared to screen readers for Nokia. Two more screen readers for android are talkback and spiel but they do not read web pages.
Kindly revert if you find any screen reader which is able to read web pages.
