Regarding NVDA voice
If you are using windows 7 then no need of jaws elequence just press
insert n and then go to preference and go to synthesizer and select
microsoft voice you will get very nice female voice of windows 7 and
the quality of the voice is very good i feel it is lot better then
jaws voice
