HAHAHA!!!!
Stay put in Delhi till he obliges.
Anyway, there are hardly any trains/flights from Delhi to return, so he might
have thought let them wait in sweet anticipation.....

Subject: [AI] meeting with PM

Dear All,

A delegation of visually impaired persons was to meet the Prime Minister
today with regard to the problems faced by them in their induction into
the IAS and allied services.

Unfortunately, the meeting did not take place.

After going through all the security drills and reaching the PM's
secretariat we were told that the PM has cancelled *all *his appointments
for the day

We are waiting for the PMO to give us an appointment within the next few
days.

*Muralidharan*
*Assistant Convenor*
