Dear Friends,
Last month, an invitation was posted on this group by Naresh Kumar on
behalf of Sambhavana Disability Coloquium and Study Circle for a talk
on this topic to be delivered by myself. Many of you have shown
interest to listen the video of this lecture. I am herewith copying
the direct link of the same from the website of Sambhavana
Organization.

There is a lot that one can say about this act. I hope the learned
readership of this group will give me its expert views. I have
presented this lecture at many platforms; and in the light of their
suggestions, I am trying to finalize it as part of my larger work on
school education in India.
