You are absolutely right. I should have written Alt Ctrl Delete instead of Alt Ctrl Escape. Sorry about that. But my problem still remains the same. Whenever I hit enter on the restart button in the turn off menu, the shut down music plays, screen displays Windows logging off, but in the end the system again gets stuck as the screen shows "Windows shutting down". any solution please?
