sir, if you are using jaws 12 or higher, open ms-word, open verbosity option
and do the vertual ribben on. now as you press any key to activate office
menus, the lower ribben will appear like submenu as we do in
start>programmes. however i will send you tutorial on word format to your
ID. still I am using office xp.
