Hello, A candidate of the South-Eastern Railway group D exam has received instructions for finding scribe below secondary standard and less than 50% marks. He has to submit the details of the scribe before 4th February. As far as I remember, the CCD issued an order exempting the marks criteria for exams in the banking sector. I tried to contact the CCD's office today, but to no avail.
Can you send me the actual order for scribe with instructions for scribe's qualifications? What should the candidate do in such a short time?
