I wrote this email about two hours ago. I did not get any confirmation Hence this repetition. An acquaintance of mine has been refused admission to B.Ed. course by the West Bengal State University despite his quota as he did not obtain the minimum qualifying marks in his graduation. The Dean is ready to admit the quota for the vh candidates, he says that he cannot relax the qualifying marks. I saw the UGC notice on the net. It is silent about relaxation of marks in matters of admission to courses. Can you help with some notive or something else?
