Open office is a free application. It come with some Linux distributions but not in Windows package. You can use it like MS office. Install it, Go to start menu>programs>Open office>. There you can see Open office writer (Word processor), Open office Impress (Presentation) and other tools like, Calc, Math, Draw. I have used it once and found partially accessible.
