is it true that the age old scheme is going to be revised? then what are the
major changes? there are many contradictory, absurd and repugnant things to
be revised. 2-3 years ago, I gave a representation to revise the income
limit for the beneficiary as it is even today Rs. 6000 per year. nobody can
live with that amount. I don't know what has happened to that.
