it seems you've installed google tool bar by mistake. you better remove it
from the add/remove programs and give it a try?

Hi friends,
Recently I have installed Jaws 13. I have the following problems.
1. When I navigate in a composed mail by using arrow keys, Jaws is
saying "message body, followed by text", instead of only the actual
text.
2. When I press back arrow or front arrow in fields like user name,
it is saying the entire user name followed by the character instead of
only the actual character.
3. Jaws is reading everything twice in the edit fields of internet
explorer.
These are very irritating. Please guide me in this regard.
