activate jaws window by pressing insert J.
select options menu and then voices submenu.
if you want to modify it for a particular cursor like PC or jaws cursor,
select individual adjustments.
if you want to change it for all cursors, choose global adjustments.
in the dialog that opens, select global unless you need to change it for the
current program.
tab to punctuation combo box and choose "all" or "most" by arrow keys.
hit enter on OK button and you are done.
