Thank you for your information. I followed your instructions, and in the add-ons I clicked all add-ons and all the add-ons displayed in the status enabled. And I finally clicked closed and opened the internet the status is still the same. and I tried restarting the computer still it says the internet currently running on add-ons dissabled.
