Hi dear! Yes, MTNL provides 50% rebate only in 1 of their plan, that is "plan 250", its a very old basic plan. MTNL gives 50% rebate in this plan and thereby charges Rs.125 per month. As far as any broadband plan is concerned, MTNL offers no such consession in any of its plans. You can go for any add on plan on this 250 plan otherwise you should go for any combo plan such as 250, 599 or 649.
