It has come to our notice that hardly any visually challenged approach banking
ombudsman for redressal of their banking related grievances.
Complaints like denial of accounts and normal banking services have not been
found to be lodged with banking ombudsmen who is the designated authority for
resolving the issues if and when the internal machinery of banks fails to
satisfactorily address the problem.
So, we again call upon you to approach the banking ombudsman with the required
information and documentation like your letter for banking services, banks
refusal in writing if given, complaint to their internal grievance redressal
mechanism if any, etc.
The contact information of all banking ombudsmen is furnished again for ready
reference of all, though the proper names may have changed, all other contact
information still is the same.
