Hi friends, Since from two years Our District selection commission is filling up the backlog posts by giving news paper advertisment. But the posts are reservedd to VI women. Before two years the posts are opened to men and women. last two years the posts i.e. all posts are reserved to women, is it correct rule to appoint only women. Whereas for OH and HH all the posts are for open i.e men and women can apply. Please guide me regarding this. What should we do to make the posts for open category. When I asked the Assistant director she told me that due to government guidelines we are doing this.
