Actually you can get it commercially designed. There are many service providers out there that do a good job and charge reasonably. I will have to research some names for you and get back. Yahoo earlier had a webpage design area called Geocities, not sure if they are still operational. This service was free for all Yahoo account users to host their website and pages.
