NEW DELHI: The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday passed the Bill to include children with

Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal said that it provides children with

The Right to Education (RTE) Act that makes elementary education a right for

education sector. Tamil Nadu's rules for implementing the Act makes them
