Ask the dumb customer service guy to connect you to his manager. And then
loose your cool with his manager and threaten to complain to TRAI and the
consumer court if not given a logical explaination. Also ask for a refund on
the amount deducted.

But please for God's sake stop spamming this mailing list with the same
email.
