The blind can also use a guide dog, we discussed this earlier on the list.
The guide dog is lesser maintainence compared to a horse!

Imagine the comotion the horse would cause in a city like Bangalore where
there is already no place for vehicles and people to move. I bet the
Bangalore Traffic and police would go mad. Also how would they charge road
tax for the horse? And what about placing a number plate on the poor animal?

What I am saying is that, this idea was ideal if Tipu sultan was still alive
but as of today, not feasible. Wait for the google car Smile!

can v use horse as an alternative for vehicles?
as v can tell the horse to go to the destination where v have to reach
& stuffs like that instead of blind driving the vehicle.
