Press INSERT+SPACEBAR followed by T and then these keystrokes to read desired cells. The keyboard manager lists these keystrokes as well. CTRL+ALT+INSERT+C and CTRL+ALT+INSERT+R for setting column and row titles respectively work well. Check settings under the "Title Reading" node in the Quick Settings dialog box for Excel. Quick Settings dialog box comes up by pressing INSERT+V. The "Title Reading" node is located under "Excel Settings" > "Workbook, Worksheet and Region Settings". Hope it helps.
