In windows 7 press the window logo key and you will find a search box. Type
a keyword, say wallpaper, wait for a second or two. The relevant programmes
or utilities will appear in a list. Use down arrow to select the right one
and press enter. otherwise, you can go to desktop and press the application
on a blank area (when no item is selected). Select Personalise on the
context menu and there you will find the desktop customisation features.
