Hi friends,
A cousin of mine, who is working in the Rastriya Sanskrit Vidya Peeth,
joined for the 6 weak's computer course in NIVH Chennai. He had
applied for leave on study purpose. But as everyone know, this
computercourse is only a training course and therefore, cannot be
considered as a higher study and hence given study leave. Is there
any way to get his application for leave converted into duty leave?
If yes, could anyone provide the relevant order?
